WHAT WE DO

We help you achieve and keep your fitness goals. Those goals could be to get healthier, lose fat, lose weight, get toned, get stronger, get faster, strengthen your immune system, increase energy, and increase flexibility. There are 3 general areas we address.

SOUL

The soul relates to everything about mindset, emotions, traits, and behaviors. We will talk about what needs to be mastered in these areas so that you are feeling motivated, in the right state of mind, and take positive action. When these areas are optimized, you will take the right action, which then helps yield results.

EXERCISE

Once in the right frame of mind and motivated, you will be shown effective exercises for your goal. You will be shown what are the best exercises to do and how to do them to achieve your results faster. We will also talk about what needs to be done with your daily physically activity in addition to the actual work outs.

DIET

Rarely is exercise enough to give you good results. You must also eat a good balanced diet. You will be given a lot of nutrition and diet tips to speed up your results.

When you are in the right state of mind and motivated, doing the right physical activity, and eating the right diet, you will see results faster.

TRAINING ARRANGEMENT 

You can train in a 1 on 1 setting (you and the trainer). This is most common. You can also train in a semi-personal training setting with one other person (you, another person, and the trainer).

TRAINING FREQUENCY

Clients train with the trainer either 1 time a week, 2 times a week, or 3 times a week. Clients also train on their own throughout the week. The trainer will show you what you can do when working out on your own.
